Men's HITS is a volleyball training and weekly practice that is held at Waltham High School to help develop players skills and abilities. Details of the HITS program is below.

Men's HITS meets on Thursday Evenings, at Waltham HS, 617 Lexington
Street, Waltham
Doors open at 6:30 for Warmups, we hold Tryouts from 7 - 9PM
