In addition to the clinics, volleyball tournaments, pick-up play with the pros, you also party with them the entire week as well. During the day, you will compete in mens, womens, and coed tournaments, play with and against AVP Pros, learn from and participate in daily clinics. In addition to the volleyball events, there will also be opportunities to participate in sailing, snorkeling, yoga, ping pong, Trapeze, or 20+ plus other activities in the Club Med village. Every night there is a different evening theme and event.

RAC Beach Tournaments

Rockingham Athletic Club (RAC) is hosting beach tourneys for the summer of 2008! They have FOUR sand courts, a full service restaurant/pub, cold water supplied all day to players, shaded tables & chairs area, NICE locker rooms...

Baystate Games - Volleyball

The Baystate Games are being held this summer with the volleyball event on July 12/13th. The scholastic, open, and master level are open to anyone who resides in the state of Massachussetts. The event will be Saturday and Sunday July 12th and 13th at the Mass Premier Courts in
Foxboro, Ma.

The tournament style is similar to Yankee but is split up
into two days. It's a great opportunity to compete indoors with
players from your same region. It is also a great opportunity to scout
players if you are a college coach looking for potential future
players.

Tryouts start in the month of June so hurry up and register
online at www.baystategames.org Click on sports and then Volleyball to
see where and when your region's tryouts will be held and come compete
in the Bay State Summer Games!

Lasell College Summer Volleyball Clinic

Lasell College is running a summer clinic for rising high school Junior and Senior volleyball players.

Details:
This clinic is designed for varsity players and
will offer instruction and training to improve a players skills and
techniques of passing, setting, attacking, serving and defense.
Emphasis is placed on developing court movement, ball control, as well
as mental development. Clinics will focus on intense drills working to
develop a players all around skills.

Clinic will also include strength, agility, and plyometric workouts and cardio
training to prepare each player for the upcoming season.

The clinic will be limited to 18 players max and to reserve a spot, please send a check.

Back by popular demand is the Hermosa Beach, California volleyball
vacation. This 5th annual trip features the AVP Hermosa Beach Open
where you will go and enjoy watching the best players on tour compete
at one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world.

You will get wristbands that give you VIP status to join the pros at
all the AVP parties and events. We are also having a contest to see
who can get the most autographs from the pros. After the tournament
learn how we do it California style as the pros will take you to
dinner to their favorite restaurants and hang outs.
