Boston Sports Club Volleyball Camp

We have a few spots open for the July 7-11
Boston Sports Club,(Waltham) VOLLEYBALL CAMP.

This camp is for boys and girls, ages 12-18.
Time 9am - 3pm

The first hour of camp/everyday, will have the "IGNITE" program for
Strength and Conditioning, this program will make you react faster
and jump higher.

We will cover the following during camp:

Passing
Serving
Setting
Attack
Defense
Prediction

On Friday we will be playing a King/Queen of the court tournament and
we will have full use of the facilities, including the pool.

Participants will receive a free camp t-shirt
and a FREE indoor Volleyball.($70 value)
